Attention to Detail
It’s all about details!!! Details make custom window treatments really timeless. Good fabrication procedures can lengthen the life of a window treatment and make it look new for years rather than wilted and tired after two years in the window. These are the details we pay attention to:
- We add edge finishes like micro cord even when no decorative trimmings are added.
- Decorative trimmings are applied so that no stitching is seen.
- Patterns are straight and centered properly.
- Thin fabrics are made to look full, and thick fabrics have their thickness controlled.
- The back side of a drapery panel or the underside of a top treatment looks as good as the front. We think about how the treatment will look from the outside of the house – the treatment may need a lining that complements the exterior colors of the home.
